Our Custom Process
Step 1: Consultation, Design & Measurements
Your bespoke experience begins with a personal consultation where we'll discuss your lifestyle, the purpose of your garment, and your individual style. Whether it's for business, a wedding, or everyday wear, we'll design your garment together by selecting fabrics, linings, buttons, and every custom detail.
Once your design is finalized, I'll take over 20 precise measurements to create your unique pattern and lay the foundation for an exceptional fit.
Step 2: Basted Fitting
Approximately two weeks later, you'll return for your basted fitting—a partially constructed version of your garment. This fitting allows us to evaluate every aspect of the fit and make precise adjustments before the final garment is completed, ensuring a truly bespoke fit.
Step 3: Final Fitting & Delivery
About three weeks after your basted fitting, your finished garment will be ready for its final fitting. We'll review every detail together, and if any minor finishing alterations are needed, your first round of minor alterations is included to ensure the perfect fit.
Once complete, you'll leave with a handcrafted bespoke garment tailored exclusively for you.

At Dace Charles Signature Suits LLC, all garments are custom-made for each client.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Once measurements are taken, fabrics are selected, or production begins, your order is reserved and materials are purchased specifically for you.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made garments due to their personalized nature.
Alterations
If your garment requires fit adjustments due to workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide reasonable solutions, which may include alterations.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item is defective or does not match your confirmed order, notify us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve it as we see appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
